Dangerous place. Drug Deals and prostitution taking place on property. Company lies about security cameras around the property. They don't work. Understaffed. Can never find anyone in the office. Takes months to have issues fixed by maintenance. Poor quality construction. Not a place you would want your children to live.

We are truly sorry you feel this way. What is surprising is that we are fully occupied and have not received any complaints from our current tenants. In fact a quick search through the public records provided by the police department and local government shows that we have not had any serious crime related incidents in recent times as in many many years. We are a small locally owned property and although someone may not be in the office at all times we are only a phone call away to get in touch with the property manager and our Maintenance Supervisor actually lives on the property and provides 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance. We take work orders by way of email as well as in the office. What is always a surprise is when we get a bad review that it seems like it only comes from tenants who have either violated there lease and have been evicted or are in the process of being evicted. these apts are full of mold and bugs they are not friendly to military members and they like to over charge you and keep the money for themselves and when you bring it to their attention they don't like it they have taken $660.00 and the leasing and maintenance staff love to double team the tenants and they love to bang on their apts doors and yell in their faces like they were 2 yrs old so please don't rent from this place be ware please I have proof that they take money and say your dirty when ...
