La peor experiencia que a vivido , los de mantenimiento solo se están afuera y no hacen su trabajo y cuando uno pide un arreglo pasan meses y no arreglan lo pedido y aveces nunca lo hacen ! Creo que merecemos un mejor servicio …La gente de la oficina no son profesionales aveces hasta repugnantes. Ni piensen en mudarse aquí , se evitarán muchos dolores de cabeza!

Quiet community

I like how quiet the neighborhood is, maintenance is very quick to your need. Rent is reasonably priced and they maintain the area very well, only thing the apartments and townhomes are very much outdated. The bricks are dirty and after many years of paint jobs the blemishes begin to show shortly after moving in the apartments. I plan on staying 2 more years but if something else becomes available within the same price range with more up to date appliances such as kitchen appliances and ...
washer/dryer set ups and interior I will definately be moving. I do believe the reviews people post are fake because of how outdated the units are. The security guard at the front does not seem like he would be capable of stopping anyone from doing anything, he is actually scary looking. I have seen people drive right past him without stopping to be verified as a resident. Maintenence did come into my apt when I was put and the office apologized for it, however it made me more cautious from that day. When i first moved I had a bug problem and the office told me they would put me on the list for extermination, which they did however it didnt work so I went to Lowes and bought my own product and I havent had any issues since. Falling Creek seems to be a great school for my kids so that definately is a plus in my book.

I have enjoyed my time at Meadowbrook. We have been here for 5 years but now due family issues we have to move. The staff has always been helpful and gone above and beyond for us. One of the maintenance men even helped me change a tire so I could get to work. When we come back to Virginia we will definitely be returning home to Meadowbrook.

MeadowBrook is a terrible apartment community with fake reviews. Apartments are outdated, appliances constantly fall apart. The management is unprofessional and biased. The area is full of crime. Car got vandalized and management didn't care. There were suspicious men hanging around late at night. Not a safe community. Maintenance are all mean and unprofessional, very unfriendly and goes into the apartment whenever they want, enjoy going in apartments when tenants are out. You see those fake ...

I have lived in the 48** Whetstone since October of 2013. This complex has by far been the best living experiencing I've had since moving to the 804 area. I first lived in the city, but quickly realized I was not about that life. I moved to Meadowbrook for safety, comfort, convenience, etc., and I have received all of the above. I absolutely love my 3 story, 3 bed, 2.5 bath place, and if it weren't for the fact that I have to move out of state within the next few months, I would be in Meadowbrook ...
until I was able to purchase a home. My family and I have gotten so comfortable. My place is so spacious, quiet, and perfect! The staff in the front office has always been professional and helpful whenever needed. The maintenance crew responds very timely. The grounds are VERY well up-kept. It's nothing to come out of my door in the morning before work around 7:30 AM to see the groundskeepers out picking up any trash, etc. The lawns are nicely kept, hedges trimmed, etc. Even the children's play area and pool are very well kept/cleaned. I really hate that I have to leave! Some people complain about increases in rent, but I think that's a waste of breath. I started at $880, year two $890, and year three is up to $910. But there is FREE gas, water, and trash. FREE!!! The apartment, water, and range are all gas. The light bill in the winter is almost non existent. During the summer months there is an increase due to the central air unit running off of electricity, but that's ideal anywhere. Everything is perfect here and I would certainly recommend these apartments to anyone I contact.
The one and only issue I have is the issues that arise with snow and ice. This is environmental though, and not a Meadowbrook issue. But a fair warning that if there is snow/ice in the forecast, be sure to park down near the entrance in order to guarantee yourself a way out. But that's a very minor issue being that VA seldom experiences winter weather.

I have been living here for about 6 months now and love it !.The rent is great with all the utilities that it includes and my apartment feels more like a house . Maintenance always comes very quick when i have an issue and are very professional. The leasing staff are very caring and nice. I love that there is a guard at the entrance every night. Not only is my 3-story 3-bedroom townhouse affordable, it's located just outside city limits in the county of Chesterfield. The grounds upkeep is phenomenal, the maintenance crew is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is phenomenal. I've lived here going on my 3rd year and have yet to have one complaint. These older apartments are convenient to the I-95 corridor and are a surprising value. The guard shack is manned at night to provide a safer environment. Most of the utilities are included with the rent. The pool has lifeguards staffed and is rarely crowded.
There are a few negatives, these apartments are dated, though ownership, which is actively involved onsite, is working to update them. Some units have units above them, and the parking can be tight in certain parts of the complex.
