I've been here 5 years in June, and they are helping me with my apartment I got new cabinets today a new kitchen sink and countertop. The apartment and they recently redid my bathroom floor for me they're starting to pay much more attention to how much love they put into the apartment and it's refreshing to see. The apartment manager Nani and the maintenance man Dennis are amazing they've been so helpful to me and I'm just so appreciative of everything. I'm excited to spend another year here and ...

Very cute apartments. I was happy when I could bring my own washer and dryer. The office lady helped me with my application and I could move in within 48 hours. It was quiet the whole time I was here and I will definitely return when I’m moving back to Florida.

Here is a quite little community you will love to call home. If the police are ever in here it is a rare occasion. It is a pet friendly community and clean. The staff is pleasant to work with. Stop in and check this place out for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Walls are thin, water heater works when it wants to. No washing machines ever working in laundromat. Duck poop all over the place. Wish I could move now. Cops are all over the roads all the time due to issues. Scary place.

I currently reside at Meadowdale Apartments. They're cheap for a reason. The walls are paper thin. The floors shake from casual walking. Our neighbors stampede through their apartment with their 16 Mexican children. Our other neighbors blast music all day and night, also shaking our floors and walls. None of the doors close properly. The hotel style AC unit doesn't provide enough for our one bedroom apartment, so I'm not sure how the two bedroom apartments are making it. The heat also only blows ...
cold.
We were lucky enough that the last people living here ruined the floors, so we got new carpet in our unit. The back half of the complex is almost scary to go near, especially on the weekends. I'd say the only plus side to this apartment complex is the abundance of wild ducks that roam around. But with the ignorance of the people living here, they're surely going to end up ran over or abused.
Don't live here if you don't have to. It's a run down, garbage place to live and we're regretting ever getting involved with this place.
