About six months ago, I was looking for a quiet, new place for my retirement life. Melbourne IV 55+ is PERFECT. What I love about my residence is everything the professional management team described to me but much more. 1. First and foremost, the outstanding professional management team who goes beyond their responsibilities to make sure you are happy with your residence, following up to see if there is anything that I needed once I had moved in. 2. the quiet yet friendly neighbors 3. the ...

From the beginning Leasing agent Abriana was the best exceptional help in explaining what Melbourne 55 had to offer. Same day we looked at a demo apartment as they were under construction. I filled out application and Abriana worked on it and I was approved within an hour. The apartment itself I really love brand new nobody had lived in it. Many great qualities front load washer and dryer in the unit ceiling fans, plenty if closet space. Laminate flooring living room and kitchen, carpet in ...
