Do not consider Melrose place as a residence

This is the absolute worse complex that I have ever lived in. Owners never respond to any of the tenants emails. Maitnance request takes as long as two months to get fixed. Onsite manager does nothing but sit in the courtyard with beer and vodka everyday and plays favorites with the tenants. If you want a dorm life this is the place for you.
