Great new facility with responsive kind staff

I am an older professional and lived in my fair share of apartments, and this one is by far the most professionally managed. The office staff is kind, the homes are brand new, and they even have a dog park for fur babies. Its new so there are some hiccups, but they fixed them promptly. Oh and it's so darn convenient!

Great staff

Me and my fiance are moving in this week and Kira has been such a big help! We have had many many helpful conversations with her regarding our move in + future at memorial village and we truly are grateful to have this community!! The staff here is great. The homes are matchless! You can’t beat what you’re getting and the price you’re getting it for. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to live!

Memorial Village is a beautiful community with excellent staff. I moved in a year ago and have not had any problems with my unit. I love the community events here. It is a great way to get to know your neighbors and local businesses. As for the house, it is very spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing bathroom and lots of natural light. The fenced backyard and space between units is an excellent bonus! They both provide plenty of privacy and much needed outdoor space for pets. Location is ...
also nice! Easy walk to the park and grocery stores. And lots of restaurants nearby!

I moved into this complex in October 2023. My experience with the management team has been phenomenal. Kira has been extremely helpful. They took care of my needs quite easily. The amenities here are really nice.

Amazing Place to Live!

I have lived here since they opened and it’s an amazing community! They host resident events every month, the community is great, and the homes are beautiful! Love having all the amenities but with my own home. Another plus is we are right by Walmart and ALDIs along with tons of restaurants. Highly recommend!!
