Great new facility with responsive kind staff
June 24, 2025I am an older professional and lived in my fair share of apartments, and this one is by far the most professionally managed. The office staff is kind, the homes are brand new, and they even have a dog park for fur babies. Its new so there are some hiccups, but they fixed them promptly. Great staff

Great place to live!
February 25, 2025Memorial Village is a beautiful community with excellent staff. I moved in a year ago and have not had any problems with my unit. I love the community events here. It is a great way to get to know your neighbors and local businesses. As for the house, it is very spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing bathroom and lots of natural light. The fenced backyard and space between units is an excellent bonus! They both provide plenty of privacy and much needed outdoor space for pets. Location is ...also nice! Easy walk to the park and grocery stores. And lots of restaurants nearby!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place to Live!
March 20, 2024I have lived here since they opened and it’s an amazing community! They host resident events every month, the community is great, and the homes are beautiful!
