I have, at times, been critical of the management here simply because there seemed to be a new face every 3 to 6 months. For the last year, there has been only 1 manager and she is exceptional. The property was going down the path of vagrancy but since she arrived, she has rented to young families and professional types making the complex a safe, quiet and family friendly environment. The rent is comparable to any other 2 bedroom property with yearly increases not too stiff. On par with ...

everywhere else. This is a great place. The area surrounding is safe. Hospital just across street with little to no siren noise. Limited if dependant on public transportation. The bus line ends early, 10pm weekends, so if you work a swing shift you will need to carpool or uber home. Again, awesome place, great management and maintenance team. You'll love it here.

I will be moving into Meridian Village Apartments tomorrow and I am beyond excited! The manager is so kind and patient! The property is looking much better sense it's been under new management! I am estattic for Meridian Village to be my first apartment by myself!
