Great Community Events

My husband and I moved to the area and didn’t know anybody, this complex and the community organizer Christina host events every month from music bingo, hot cocoa bar, and superbowl parties! these events offer a space to make friends and get some treats for free, the apartments themselves are also great, no complaints, but the sense of community is why i say 5 stars.

My husband and I recently moved into the Meridian at Broadstreet Market Apartments in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The apartment complex is older but the grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The apartment we moved into is nicely laid out and spacious. It didn’t take long for us to settle in and feel right at home. The leasing team, management and maintenance team have worked hard to answer any requests in a professional and timely manner. We moved here from another local apartment community, ...

I love living at the Meridian! Everyone is friendly and neighborly. I have no complains. The apartments are new and very beautiful. I love the way theyre set up and easily made into a home.
