My family has lived here for over 6 years now and when we had Kathy managing and Gilbert running around keeping the place up it felt more secure, better managed and far easier to deal with! Since Avalon took the place over it has turned into a homeless haven! Getting repairs done is hard and we have had times where things just don't get repaired..... Lastly since Covid rent has skyrocketed and we are paying way to much to live in a place that has zero amenities other than a pool that only certain ...
residents get new key access, though we have requested replacement many times now..... Avalon Management needs to go!

Great management and quiet.

This is a nice property and the management is great. Kathy and Gilbert were so helpful during our move in. They made everything so easy. The property is always clean and quiet. The vaulted ceilings are a bonus in this beautiful townhome. The Mesa is pretty to look at and we like being high up on the hill. The two car garage is huge as is the guest bathroom downstairs. The rental rate is great and water is included. Smiths grocery store and Trader Joe’s is right around the corner. ...
All around, I would give 10 stars if I could. Take a look at this property if you’re looking to move. You won’t be disappointed! Lisa.
