Terrible Experience
December 3, 2020Unless you want to get stuck in the elevator with your child for 2.5 hours for a traumatic experience, I don’t recommend! Oh, and if this happens to you and/or your family, beware, management won’t call to check on you or your child, nor will they apologize for your experience! Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING! For the price we pay, I recommend you seek your home elsewhere!Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2020I looked at several apartment complexes in the NSB area recently and had by far the best experience here. Dee Ann in the office was remarkably patient and knowledgable, answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. March 1, 2018What a truly rare find. From coming to the leasing office to viewing the apartments. I knew immediately I had found home. Gorgeous, safe, pet-friendly, conveniently located community. Luxury it is not
March 3, 2017We have lived here for several months and have had countless issues. Most of our applicances have gone out at least once (dishwasher, AC, toilets, dryer, microwave). The walls are paper thin so we can hear conversations in all of our neighbors apartments. We have had three separate incidents where the fire alarm in a vacant apartment was going off the ENTIRE weekend. There was no one to call after hours and we never even received a phone call back to apologize for the ridiculous inconvenience. It ...is a nice looking property and our neighbors are kind. In my opinion the apartments are cheaply made and it is evident within a few weeks of living there. I am not impressed with the staff or the developers of the complex. Living is easy here
September 27, 2016Living here has been a pleasure. The staff goes above and beyond. I had a cpp of small maintenance requests and they were completed the following day when I arrived home from work. It has a good group of tenants and is safe and quite. Is so convenient to the basics like the deli, pool, gym etc. They try have a open door policy to discuss feedback on living on property and want to make your experience a good one.Review from Apartments.com
