It is okay. Front office Staff has changed 3 times, in the past year, since I moved in. I paid a gate & pool key fee TWICE since move - in, being told new ownership has no records of these payments ALTHOUGH ITS ALL STATED IN THE LEASE. The maintenance is okay. They are a tab slow, but service requests are answered. The pest control maintenance men are lazy! They’ve sprayed puddles near my front door & left severs times. Security cameras are being installed around the neighborhood. Neighbors are ...

very dirty, they throw garbage off the balcony. Maintenance rarely picks up trash and they mainly go for anything that’s in the road. It’s been pressure washed once since I’ve been here. Definitely ventilation problems, due to all the mold and mildew.

RATS AND ROACHES AND CRIME.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are roach infestations and the maintenance don't do anything at all. I've never met a maintenance worker that was so rude other than this place. Usually, there are only one maintenance worker available to take your request and a lot of the times, they come 2 weeks late just to fix your ac. The say that they are sorry for the roaches and rats, yet they do absolutely nothing about it. I've heard that a hungry howie's delivery guy got shot here and that ...

no other delivery places will deliver here except the Chinese food places. This place has kids running up and down the streets with no control because their are no sidewalks. The garbage dumpster is always so overfilled to the point where I feel extremely bad for the garbage people that have to clean it all up. Don't come here. They do not care about you. As soon as I opened the door to the apartment for the first time, I saw a bunch of roaches crawling all over the floors and kitchen. It's disgusting. There are 3 floors so the upstairs neighbors are very loud and obnoxious. Please, please, please do not live here. Please.

all i can say is run fast away. roaches like crazy and no matter how much pest control comes they always seem to make more come. im moving the end of this month and im so happy to get out of this dump. the gate is a mess. the security lets anyone in so whats the point of even having a gate. just don't rent here unless you really need somewhere to live .

I was a resident at the complex in 2010 and when I needed somewhere to live due to unforeseen circumstances I decided to go back, it was the worse decision I have ever made I'm not sure if it is the new management or just that the staff doesn't appreciate their residents, it is pest infested and the grounds are poorly kept, they do not repair problems that you have in the apartment. I have custody of my developmentally delayed great niece and her needs are extremely demanding and to have to use ...
