May 2, 2025The apartment was welcoming with small gifts placed in the bathrooms, kitchen counter and fridge. The cleaning was moderate as I saw some dark grout on the floor tiles. There were also some stains which seemed permanent. It would also be ideal to have a window around the kitchen.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2025We like these apartments. They are well-priced, with excellent location, and well-managed. We've been very pleased with the staff that has worked here for last 2 years. Jacquelyn, Catherine, Aisha, Jeff, etc. Also the maintenance and cleaning personnel has been fabulous, notably the two newer ladies (Rosa and Dinora) from the past 8 months or so have cleaned areas in the parking lot that I don't believe have been cleaned in years. Unfortunately, some residents are a bit rude, not throwing away ...the garbage properly, or smoking in common areas. Perhaps stricter enforcement of community rules would be appropriate, but we understand it can be difficult for staff to do this as they are so friendly and patient! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Metropointe overall.Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2025The office staff is attentive and caring. The maintenance has always been attentive if at times, perhaps not as readily available, they always try to help as soon as they can. The cleaning ladies are amazing, I feel they clean more than they should, specially considering some very inconsiderate neighbors that throw their trash in wrong places. The amenities are sufficient. The computers in the business center are very slow, and perhaps something needs to be done about that at times. Perhaps it ...would be great to have wifi there? Idk. Much better look since the newer cleaning ladies came in about a year ago. The halls look much better and the dirt that creepy people make near the parking is much better too.Property Manager Responded
