Long story short, when I went to tour. The guide was so sure I was going to like a different apartment more. He showed me that one and didn’t show me anything else other than the amenities. A few days later I called him and asked if I can tour the apartment I was initially interested in, someone already put a deposit on it LOL. I also told him that I would need a parking space because of the situation I was in at that time, he showed me the underground parking garage. After I signed my lease, I ...
found out there’s a LONG waiting list for underground parking. Also the floors and walls are made of paper, you can hear a pencil drop and people walking upstairs. Oh and last but not least, when you move out if you do not leave the place is sparkling clean condition you will be charged a fee as much as your deposit. There was no damages I made but because I didn’t fully “wipe down” the stove and microwave , they took out a good chunk of “fee”. Their “move out statement” that says to keep the place in a wear and tear condition was incorrect, because I had no wares and tears , I just didn’t wipe down the place.
