August 7, 2015When looking for an apartment, I wanted some place close to work, stores, transportation, just a convient location. Plus affordable rent. Anything can happen and I want to be able to afford my rent. I have a good income,but don't want have most of it going to rent.I kept 2 months rent in the bank, for just in case something also. So after 20 yrs in the same place...THERES NO PLACE LIKE HOME. I live in midtown Sacramento, I can walk to work, ride my bike to work, catch our local train to work.My ...doctor, dentist, eye doctor are just blocks away. I am near shopping malls, grocery stores. At night I can sit out on my balcony and people watch, relax, just hear the sounds of the city. I am near clubs and restaurants also. But most of all my complex is privately owned.. I have two of the best owners. I have been laid off from jobs, got behind on rent and they worked with me. Any repairs needed, all taken care of right away. I have had great neighbors Its just NO PLACE LIKE HOME...People always come by and asked if we have any vacanes. I could have moved into a bigger. newer, fancier complex..But I like it here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
good but not great.
August 20, 2015There was a nice remodeling for the kitchen when i moved in but there were other problems with the apartment. the property manager is willing to help out when they can but a leaky roof from your neighbor's apartment tub is not something that can be fixed within a day for them. overall though it's a pretty good place except for the occasional druggie trying to find their next fix outside your place.Review from Apartments.com
