Excellent place.

You couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Starkville! The staff is very helpful with any problem that may come about, and they also respond in a prompt and timely manner. The apartments are very spacious that also comes with WiFi included! The grounds are well maintained! It is also located in the same property with a coffee shop and a gym which is very convenient. Very thankful to have found this place!

Don’t move here!!!

Literally the worst place I’ve lived. When i first moved in it was DISGUSTING!!! There was still crap in the toilet and food in a pan on the stove and the floor was covered in dog hair to the point it looked like there was a carpet, and that’s where the property manager lived!!!!! Horrible management, poor communication. They literally flooded my apartment by power washing it then left all of my furniture outside and still tried to charge me for it. Really rude and unhelpful staff. They charge ...
you for things and then literally will ignore you and won’t contact you back. And when I got there to move in on the date they told me to be there, I drove 3 hours that day and they weren’t even open even though they planned the move in date and I had to sit there for 3 hours until someone with a key could let me in and then they didn’t even change the code on the front door from the last person who lived there.
