Very Cute but Tiny and Old
August 13, 2015These condos are stylish and cute, and also in a VERY convenient area of town. Walkable to Trader Joes, Starbucks, a couple of restaurants, Whole Foods... not far (walkable during the day, tho I never walk it at night) to a Marta station (which you can take all the way to the airport). However, they are also very tiny and old. There is no storage space in them what-so-ever. No coat closet, no linen closet, no storage closet at all, very small bedroom closets, and only a very tiny washer/dryer ...closet that supports a stackable set only -- tho at least there is a w/d hook up! They are also very old, so the plumbing is an issue. I saw a plumbing company out one day and talked to the guy, apparently nearly all the units have been having issues. But if you don't have much stuff and you don't mind that the toilet doesn't always flush, they are in such a great location.... it might just be worth it for the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
