I have lived her for over a year now. Every apartment is individually owned but the is a property manager who is very strict. There are 2 pools but children are only allowed at one of them. No parking for visitors. The laundry room is not kept up molding in washing machines. Will tow car even if your landlord hasn't given you a parking pass. The list goes on. I feel I pay way to much for little amenities and poor service.
