December 3, 2025The apartments at mill23 are great! There are only 2 reasons for my 4 star rating. The parking lot fills up quickly so it was hard to park near our building. My other con was that you can definitely hear your neighbors. Some noise is to be expected of course but some residents were not respectful to the quiet hours. Management is lovely. We had an unexpected issue with our washer and they immediately gave us a vacant unit key to use the washer while the new part for ours was delivered. This property is usually very prompt and responsive, so I want to make that clear. July 7, 2025This was my partner and I's first apartment together, and like any new renters, we were nervous that it would be too good to be true. Turns out it wasn't. The staff were super friendly and the maintenance crew was responsive to issues as they came up (usually 1-2 days to make minor fixes). The apartment is also very new, so everything is clean and orderly. The gym and pool are also nice little additions.
