Bad area, won’t be renting from Kleinman again.
April 20, 2023I lived here for 1 year (2022-2023) and heard countless issues of people breaking into the first floor apartment, mail getting stolen, laundry machines broken and broken into, theft and vandalism in the parking lot (personally I got my catalytic stolen), weed smell from neighbors and Kleinman did nothing but put a warning under neighbors door. Maintenance came in to put in new kitchen countertops for my apartment and I came home with my things all over and it looked like the same countertops but ...recaulked. The people in the apartment building are nice, but the amount of crime in this area is on the rise. There is an AC unit but it just blows the same temp air from outside- and no Kleinman did not replace it, maintenance just cleaned the filter. There is only one security camera by the mailboxes in the front entry of each apartment building. People/ homeless have been prying into the back door and getting into the building from popping the screens and sliding the windows open (windows do not lock). Cannot have decor outside your door- no ring camera, doormat or wreath. No extension cord or candles allowed either. They only allowed cats here. For more context, I am a student and my parents were worried for my safety here and disappointed with the company for not getting cameras or alarms for what we pay for.
