        They do not make repairs even if it puts them in breach of our lease agreement. Hot Water heater has been broken on and off since sept 23 they come out fix it then a week later it breaks again. Even now as i sit here typing it they just fixed it yesterday and it was broken before midnight yesterday. Went down to the office only to be brushed off and told to call emergency maint. after hours well GUESS WHAT no answer and they don't have a voicemail set up. No heat at all this winter work order ...
        has gone completely ignored. Refuses to give rental credit even though they have been in breach of our contract since sept.

        Stay away from this apartment complex. They lure people in with false advertisements of available rooms, only to exploit them for administrative fees. I recently visited Mirela North's apartment last week, where I toured the premises and inquired about the availability of a one-bedroom unit. They assured me that there was indeed availability. However, after applying, I was charged a $125 fee, only to later discover that there was no available unit as promised.

      • Bad decision

        The apt was dirty when I moved into it, the dish washer doesn't work, the roof leaks when it rains, it termites, trash every where, the yard guys cut the sand ever week, it's party's every weekend at the pool by the dumpster, there is an indoor pool that is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm when the rent office is open, the laundry area is nice. Maintenance guys are a great team of guys. I made a bad decision moving here in my opinion. It's over priced and does not live up to the cost of the ...

      • Roach infestations

        February 11, 2023
        Get ready to live with roaches. Moved into a roach infested apartment and was not told beforehand that there was such an issue. The living is unbearable and even with pest control added into your rent it doesn’t remove the problem. Buildings are falling apart and they just slap on bandaids. My lease can’t end fast enough. By far the worst place I have ever lived, just beware of what you are getting yourself into and make sure you triple check your place prior to moving in.

      • Good place with exceptions

        I moved here about three months ago and have found the staff to be pretty receptive when I notify them of issues. I had some mice and they did their best to resolve the issue. They have hired an exterminator and I haven’t seen any mice for a week now. Some of the teens tend to hang out near my building but are respectful when I come out the door and they immediately get up when they see me coming down the stairs. I really like the apartment. It’s big and i have a huge deck. There are problems ...

        I just applied to this community. I will be moving in April 1st. Tiffany was amazing helping me through this process. I have applied to a handful of places that are actually stealing application money. If you are prompt with response and do the foot work to get what you want they will definitely help you. They are super busy everyone is moving at the moment so you have to be persistent. I am happy I got in here with new management! Thank you Tiffany and Brenda!!

      • Just Moved In...Love it!

        I moved in about 2 weeks ago and truly appreciate the friendly staff, the prompt maintenance ( I accidently broke my closet shelf by placing too many clothes on it) and the renovated community. I live in a 2 bedroom and my apartment is very spacious with a lot of natural sunlight! I live on the second floor so I have an extremely large balcony that I haven't seen in previous apartments.
