Noisy neighbors and management won’t do anything about it, cars blare music in the parking lot late at night, and the gates don’t work

  Good morning and thank you for your honest feedback, We do our best to implement our quiet community hours from 10pm to 8am and all residents are encouraged to contact authorities if the noise is disruptive and excessive during these hours. Once we are made aware of the exact resident making this disruption with proper documentation we can then approach them directly. Unfortunately due to many issues with people running into the gate and the gate access panel we have made the difficult decision to remove the gate entirely. Very poor management
August 27, 2021
Moved in June 19th and our gas fireplace has been ON this whole time. Maintenance confirmed the pilot was on and where you out the key was on as well. It’s been a slow leak for a little over 2 months and I finally smelled it today. I have 2 small children and we didn’t even get a sorry or anything!! We could have died, thank goodness we didn’t but we got nothing from management.

About to resign my lease
May 14, 2016
I moved here June '15. I signed a 9 month lease since I didnt know what I would think about it. I have friends that live in different "luxury" apartments in town, and while they may be a little more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I couldnt see myself living anywhere else but Mission Green. I have the best neighbors, the management is really good and the maintenance is top notch. Any time I have had a problem, he fixes it the same day. The biggest perk is the fact that you never have to search ...
for a parking spot.
