Many issues
July 25, 2022Main problems are: Bugs, spiders and poor maintenance of the property. Had many bugs and spiders in the two units I lived in at Mission Hills. Large gaps in exterior doors that would let them in along with sometimes rain, and cold/hot air. Old AC units that broke down often. They're unwilling to replace them but would rather put band-aids on them to maximize profits. Maintenance team is nice, but I don't think they know what they're doing most of the time. Many things were not fixed right or ...done poorly. Management made excuses or promises to fix certain things, but rarely put forth the effort to do anything correctly. If you rent here, or really anywhere, document everything. Take photos, videos and record conversations to keep them honest.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
