Excellent place. Terrible support/maintenance

The location is excellent. And that's it. Apartments are old and not well preserved. All problems I had were not solved. Cockroaches infestation, toilet flooding, cracked shelves and drawers, dirty carpet. And the main problem: there is no maintenance at all. Pray you won't need maintenance. If you need, they just wont come. You have to request everything at least five times to get a response.

This property is the perfect location for East Boca living. Across the street from great restaurants, shopping, and night life. You can ride your bike or walk to the beach, the intracoastal, or Mizner Park. It is a pet-friendly environment with a beautiful pool area. The common areas are well maintained and the staff is very courteous and helpful. It's really like being on vacation all year long!
