The apartment unit has great appliances, from the gas stove to the large washing and dryer machines. The leasing office staff have been great as well. They were very communicative during our move and are quick to help us resolve any issues that we email/call them about. I didn’t do a lot of research when moving ( just chose modera off of a friend’s recommendation), and let me tell you, I LOVE it!!! The location is so perfect, close to all necessities as well as luxuries. Great food nearby, easy access to public transport, right next to Cal Anderson park/frequent local events, less than a block away from Capitol hill’s weekly farmers ...market, ect. I love the building itself too! Great amenities (the best rooftop frrrr) and a lovely community. Every place has it’s flaws (the coffee bar seems to always be closed and the rooftop time restrictions can be frustrating especially if you’re a night owl like me) but for the most part I’d say this is a pretty special building and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Capitol Hill.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
