The apartment unit has great appliances, from the gas stove to the large washing and dryer machines. The leasing office staff have been great as well. I didn’t do a lot of research when moving ( just chose modera off of a friend’s recommendation), and let me tell you, I LOVE it!!! The location is so perfect, close to all necessities as well as luxuries. Great food nearby, easy access to public transport, right next to Cal Anderson park/frequent local events, less than a block away from Capitol hill’s weekly farmers ...market, ect. I love the building itself too! Great amenities (the best rooftop frrrr) and a lovely community. Every place has it’s flaws (the coffee bar seems to always be closed and the rooftop time restrictions can be frustrating especially if you’re a night owl like me) but for the most part I’d say this is a pretty special building and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Capitol Hill.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
