This apartment is nice for a senior citizen, however it is very small and you must submit to inspections every single month which is very intrusive. It is located in a older part of town that needs many improvements and I fear as I get older it has the potential to become dangerous. They do not clean the carpets once a year or paint every 5 years and if you are low income it is important because the apartment you live in will need to be until the end of your life as I am 66 yrs. old. I cannot ...

afford to provide these services. It is low income but they require you to pay for carpet cleaning and painting or any other needed improvements to pass their inspections or else you will get a notice to evict.
