Cozy Place with Good Management
September 23, 2015I recently just moved into this apartment complex and it has been everything I'd hoped for. Coming straight out of college, I didn't want to pay too much for rent, but I needed to be metro accessible for work. This was the perfect complex. Out of the ones I visited in Silver Spring, this was the cheapest with the largest space. It's extremely close to the downtown area, so the short walk from the metro allows me to drop by different places to eat or to pick up little things. There is a lot that ...does fill up, but meters are free until 9 am on weekdays and garages are free til the morning, so I'm able to move my car right before I leave for work. When I first moved in, there were some issues (sink leaking, lock broken) that were resolved by the next day when I got home from work.
