Unprofessional Management and Poor Resident Communication

I have lived at this property for over a year and have always paid my rent on time. My concern is not only the recurring A/C issues, but also the way I was treated by the Property Manager, Saba.
When I requested an update regarding a long-standing A/C problem, she repeatedly raised her voice, told me that if I was unhappy I could find somewhere else to live, and then instructed me to leave the leasing office.

threatening her, and began recording me with her phone. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm and did not engage in any argument. I was simply trying to obtain information regarding a maintenance issue affecting my apartment.
What is most disappointing is that I filed a formal complaint with Corporate regarding this incident, and as of the date of this review, I have not received any response, follow-up, or communication regarding my complaint.
If this is how a resident is treated for trying to follow up on a legitimate maintenance concern, I believe anyone considering living here should carefully consider the quality of management and the way resident concerns are handled before making a decision.
