April 2, 2023Avoid if you don’t smoke or would rather avoid the smell. The Monticello hallways and elevators reeks of marijuana. The smell comes through the air vent into my apartment. I have health issues my complaints to the manager has gone unheeded. She is unprofessional and unsympathetic. Mold
August 10, 2022The air conditioning unit in my apartment was apparently leaking into the apartment underneath me so they came to check it out. I noticed my bin had mold in it and that the floor had mold on it. My walls began to dissolve and now a month later the issue has not been resolved. Management does not care about their tenants and will do everything but actually fix the issue.Review from Apartments.com

November 6, 2021OMG, Lots of roaches, mice, rats, etc. I can say all pests live here. Parking after 10pm is a big problem. The manager of monticello is very immature and has no experience at all how to deal with the residents, poor customer service. If you have guests, you pay upto $48 per day/night. Horrible apartment! Whole way smells food. They give you $50 credit if you're willing to put good review and 5 star since they know that people are moving out because of all these problems I mentioned above.Review from Apartments.com
