Worst place I've ever lived

Trash everywhere, moldy garbage left on the ground for weeks.
Numerous 24 hour parties going on at all times blaring insanely loud music with nothing done about it.
Many many bugs. I've killed 15+ in one day even with a clean apartment. My only solace is that when messier people move in nearby they usually go there, but the complexes are full of roaches.
An actual tree fell on my apartment and it's taken them 3-4 days SO FAR to attempt to remove it.
Oven was broken and it took them 3 months ...
to fix
Towing and other rules are only "enforced" to make them money. They prevent you from parking in your spot and tow you for parking elsewhere.
They fine people for actions but don't do anything beyond that, which doesn't help at all since they don't spend any of the money on the people affected by the issues.

When I first moved in back in 2018 the atmosphere/ property was much nicer and welcoming. Since then it's become infested with illegal activities and people walking around on drugs and loitering. Transients walking through the property and hanging out in our "courtyards" and putting people in a more aware and uncomfortable state of mind. It no longer feels safe, even during the day.

Trash is always full so it's all over outside of it.. I see rats/ mice what ever it is at night around it and there's a bunch of homeless ppl walking around at night ..my car already got broke into like 3 times smh never again with this place.
