Morris Apartments

so there are some maintenance issues that come up occasionally but it has generally been fixed in a very timely fashion. Most of the people are friendly and there are several families that have BBQs by the pool in the summer. Most everyone on the property looks out for each other. We have sadly had instances when packages have been stolen off the porch, and there are often noise issues generally with one neighbor in particular. There is only one parking space and that has been an issue for a couple with 2 cars as there is no street parking. Even though it's not a gated community, and so close to a main, busy street, the community is surprisingly safe, with very few incidents over the years we have been here (though there have been some problems, as there are likely to be anywhere!).
