My daughter moved into these apartments about two years ago. She left in October of last year (2016)and did not break her lease. Her dad moved into the apartment while she was still living there. Instead of being helpful, they refuse to give her deposit back (since someone moved into right a away) and refuse to take her off the lease, even after her lease was up. We are now doing the legal route! Hopefully the apartments get better management!

I lived in these apts 8 yrs ago,unfortunatly I had to leave the apts break my lease! 8 years after the manager was very helpful so that I could repay and she is very honest and helpful. I would rent from them in a heartbeat! My daughter and I we're very happy! She calls them the blue houses and we both have very good memories of the manager! Greakt place to live!!
Management Breaks the law

As a resident here just due to broken lease fee I don't want to pay, the place is run by a woman who will make up any excuse to enter your apt while your gone to look at your living conditions. The most intrusive person you will ever meet. She will lie to your face and watch your every move. Cars constantly being broken into, very thin walls. If you want privacy and a quite place don't live here.

These apartments looks nice but the management running it is absolutely horrible. Living there they had mold growing in my upstairs bathroom asked for any issues to be reported I did so they said the issue was fixed then I woke up swollen covered in hives the mold was not fixed and I was highly allergic they still did not fix the issue I had to resign else where and provided a temporary fix then when I left the residence they claimed my apartment was not live able due to me not reporting repairs ...
and charged me an extra 300 come to find out they had new residence the following week. If you can avoid reigning here I highly suggest you do.
