Let their tenants disturb the entire neighborhood

Have repeatedly tried to have management and the owner help with the situation of their tenant sitting outside day and night screaming profanities and racial slurs and derogetory comments about the lgbtq you can hear it up and down the street in the park used to be a nice neighborhood not anymore
