Don't expect management to fix anything
April 27, 2024I've lived here since 10/15/23. My apartment has never had a completely working HVAC unit. First it was the heat, now it's the AC. I've submitted multiple maintenence requests without success. Management will just blow you off when you complain. Find somewhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away from this disaster
October 29, 2021Property manager changes every couple months, people at front desk always give you a smile and then do the opposite of what they say, constant delays with repairs and up keep of property. They rented out the garage I was leasing and just removed my property. General unsafe atmosphere.Property Manager Responded

Horrible service - air conditioning has been out for 3 months with no repairs made
June 3, 2021April 8th- first maintenance request about airing not working April 12th- emailed a follow up Somewhere between the 12th and the 29th we submitted ANOTHER maintenance request April 29th- went in and asked for an update and they said it just needed to be charged and that it had to be at least 70 degrees and not raining. It never got fixed and there were plenty of 70 degree days with no rain. They also told me that if it got above 80 degrees it was an emergency and if we called they would have ...someone come immediately to fix it. May 20th- we called because it had gotten up to 80 degrees (84 in the apartment) they said they were dispatching someone immediately. Nobody showed up. A couple hours went by and we called again and by then it wasn’t 80 degrees anymore so the guy told us he couldn’t do anything about it. They said they would get to it that weekend if they could. May 21st- call again because it was above 80 degrees again, they say they are dispatching someone. Nobody showed up. The lady calls us back and says they scheduled the guy to come in the next morning between 10-2. May 22nd- guy shows up, works and looks for about an hour and says that they will need to order a part. I called back later that day because I hadn’t heard anything and they said they were going to have to wait until Monday, the 24th to order the part. May 25th- called for an update. The part was ordered. May 27th- guy came and said there was an issue with the thermostat and he would have to talk with some more people May 27th- called the office later that day and they said they were still waiting for the part but was hopefully going to get it that next day (Friday) June 2nd- still not fixed, called and they said they haven’t gotten the part yet. POINT BEING - had they sent someone to look at it after the first request, they could have seen there were issues other than it just needing to be charged, so I've been without a working air conditioning unit for almost three months. It's unacceptable and now I have to hire an attorney to get involved to see that this actually gets resolved.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely no
December 13, 2020Poor excuse for an apartment complex. Was in a rush to move somewhere and chose them. Red flag #1 would of them waiving my application fee in exchange for a good review. So they basically buy reviews. Very unprofessional, very expensive for what you get, and a very unkept property (trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere). Literally had to go to battle for my deposit, talked to 5+ people, called their corporate "customer service" number 4 days in a row no return call. After 78 days and me ...threatening them with legal action they magically got a check to me. BTW in the lease it states they have 45 days to return the deposit. They're quick to fine you if you're late with your rent.Property Manager Responded
