Rats & Roaches. This place is extremely unsafe, the crime is super high and probably why the price is low but its not low enough. I've gotten my car towed here once even though I had a parking pass and was a resident.

Horrible community

I have been living in this community for a couple of months and it is definitely the worst place I have lived in. Starting with how old the buildings are, their cleanliness is very poor. There are cockroaches from the entrance of the building to the apartments. It is not a quiet or safe community at all; you can't walk alone at night in the community because you will encounter scary people, rude ones, homeless people, and even residents that won't make you feel safe. I must say that the ...
maintenance service is good and effective. They have a very complete gym but it is only open during office hours, which doesn't make sense for the rest of us who work long hours. Forget about the laundry room because it doesn't work. The doors of the buildings are always open, which shouldn't be the case for the safety of their tenants. The bathrooms by the pools are always dirty. Very dissatisfied!

Very unprofessional office. Management broke the terms of the lease by failing to provide access to a storage unit (we finally got it, nearly 4 months later) and allowed us to sign a lease for a unit that decided to renew their lease, switching us to a more expensive unit. Our bathroom was unfinished, there was a homeless man living in the basement, and there is a cockroach infestation. One of our light switches is even painted over so we can't use it, our microwave was cracked, the oven door ...

The service is very good but the apartments are very old. If this is fixed then it will be very good and everyone will choose it. In addition, there is smoke all the time and no proper control on the stated issues. There is a need to have guests parking as well.

The apartment is functional. I have not had any trouble with the water fixtures, lighting or gas. The one challenge I have had is with their emergency team. A night call is deadly. They will not show up.
