Mountain View Manor Apartments - RUN!
August 17, 2015The housing is very affordable and the apartments are pretty spacious but it is not worth the headache! Management is horrible. All Veronica does is sit in her office and have her assistant take care of things. She hardly values her job. The apartment grounds are horribly kept since it is a 200 multi-family complex and, like I stated, the management just doesn't have the experience to keep up. There is one elevator in the whole complex which someone keeps urinating in. Does management make an ...effort to have it clean everyday at least? NO! Honestly, when you have a building that it so packed with people it is understandable that not everyone is as clean as we would like them to be, but it's the managements job to keep things in order and they don't. So if you can, try to find somewhere else to live. It's not worth the hassle of waiting weeks or months for repairs, having your kids be exposed to the filth, litter, and roaches. Which brings me to my next point. There are roaches because the apartments are no properly sealed off. The cabinets are horribly built making it easy for roaches to get in through the cracks.
