Very disgusting, do not recommend

These apartments are by far the most disgusting and oldest apartments I’ve ever lived at. They promote that they are “newly renovated”, but they are extremely old and falling apart. Newer apartments are charging the same amount as this place. They have cockroaches… so disgusting. The owner is rude and not a respectable person and the manager is unprofessional and lazy If you have a problem that has to do with the apartment, they don’t care in helping you. I had to leave running from that place. ...
You’re better off living under a bridge than renting from here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have lived here for at least 18 years, and let me tell you, pure disappointment ever since they sold the property to a company just last year. They have cockroaches and rats (that they said they got rid of but I can still hear at night), the management team is terrible, the apartments are terribly remodeled. The so called “manager” is someone I would call disgusting. He is not professional at all and just loves to cause problems. Please avoid living here. Anywhere can be better than this ...
garbage looking place. These apartments are just problematic. “Newly remolded”? More like just covered up with paint to look new.

  I am sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience at the property at this time, though it is hard for me to agree with your statements about the work that is going on. The new owner has gotten a lot of work done at the property and isn't done yet. I invite you (and anyone reading this review response) to come and see the work: New flooring throughout New appliances New paint New cabinetry in kitchens and baths And other improvements gradually happening all over the property. Not many people have lived at the property for 18 years, which is amazing! I hope we can connect so I can hear more about your experience and see what we can do better.
