September 21, 2025Living at Murieta at ASU has its pros and cons. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the bus stops, which makes commuting to campus incredibly convenient. It's a lifesaver, especially on days when you're running late or don't want to deal with parking. However, the positive experience stops there when it comes to the management. Their service response is consistently slow and unhelpful. Simple maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and it often feels like your concerns are being ...ignored. It's a frustrating contrast: a great location with a subpar management team that makes living here more of a hassle than it should be. The convenience of the bus is a major plus, but be prepared for a frustrating experience if you ever need help from the office staff.Property Manager Responded
