November 27, 2025The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, and overall it has been a good place to live. However, maintenance requests are often slow, and some of the staff members could be more friendly and polite when interacting with residents. There is also an ongoing issue with pet waste being left around the community even after repeated warnings, which affects cleanliness. September 21, 2025Living at Murieta at ASU has its pros and cons. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the bus stops, which makes commuting to campus incredibly convenient. It's a lifesaver, especially on days when you're running late or don't want to deal with parking. However, the positive experience stops there when it comes to the management. Their service response is consistently slow and unhelpful. Simple maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and it often feels like your concerns are being ...ignored. It's a frustrating contrast: a great location with a subpar management team that makes living here more of a hassle than it should be.
