April 12, 2023This community is amazing and I dont have a bad thing to say. The leasing office is AMAZING to work with and are the nicest people. The maintenance team is so responsive and kind. The community is gorgeous and perfectly located right off of E470 and 10 minutes away from the Southlands area. I feel so secure and comfortable walking my dogs at night. Beautiful and Peaceful
April 11, 2023It’s very peaceful over here and affordable for the space. The office staff is great, and prompt to answer questions. They always have a monthly calendar of resident events which adds to the charm of the community. Downfall is a lack of guest parking and no private amenities (ex: private pool/gym/grilling area) within the community itself) for residents. However, you’re conveniently located by shops and Southlands Mall. It will be nice when construction is complete, very soon we have been told, ...so that there is more grass areas for pets among the entire community.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Community
April 11, 2023I have lived here for the last 15 months and I love it. This really feels like and is a neighborhood. The homes are quiet. I never hear my neighbors through the walls like you do in the average apartment. The finishes are very nice and my bedroom is so spacious my friends are jealous.
