Non-existent services and amenities
June 26, 2024Beware, if you have maintenance issues you might have the same experience I have had. I entered a maintenance request in January for my broken dryer and fireplace. Maintenance took 2 months just to contact me. They did not fix the appliances yet they closed the maintenance request. I have submitted a new request and haven't heard anything for 16 days. They also don't enforce cleaning up after any tenants dogs. There were piles of dog poop everywhere you looked this winter. The poop was only ...taken care of AFTER city inspections. They advertise having pools but neither pool is operating as of June 26 when temperatures have been in the 90s. The management leaves much to be desired.Property Manager Responded

Not a fan
November 13, 2023car broken into twice here, one time my window was smashed and the other time they tried to steal my catalytic converter. we’ve paid an enormous amount of utility income fees because of problems with xcel and the apartment. office is also closed pretty often due to being understaffed.Property Manager Responded

Happy to be back!
March 31, 2023I moved out a year ago and decided to come back. Lindsay was very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns and made my move-in so smooth. She is professional with great customer service. Everyone in the office is really nice and so far I am loving my apartment. February 2, 2023I just moved out of my parents' house. I went to Waterfield Court because it is very close to my parents' house. I feel like I had a ton of questions. From the time I walked in the office I was greeted by a lady with a very nice smile. She smiled the whole time and very patiently answered all my questions she made me feel very comfortable. A... FREAKING... AMAAAAZING!
March 19, 2022I love love love where I live! I love Erica and Joelle they are the peanut butter and jelly of management! What a great duo! If not one, then the other has taken care of me on many occasions. Work orders, parking, questions I have, they even applied for assistance for me, so I didn't lose my apt. I am truly blessed to be living where the management goes out of their way to make their residents happy. I'm not sure.... but I could have sworn I saw the 2 of them shoveling snow and doing a little ...dance while they were at it. They are always smiling! Keep it up ladies!!Property Manager Responded

Super Happy!
February 6, 2022My initial experience was "ok" the leasing lady was pretty nice. But when the price changed, I was like nahhhh gimmie my money back. Granted it was only 13.00 but it's not about the money it's the concept. I demanded to speak to a higher up as my leasing lady said no refunds on applications. She put me in contact with her assistant manager Joelle. Joelle gave me some very good advice which I did adhere to I got to meet Joelle when she toured me my new apartment home. Whoa, why are all the hot ...ones married? I am so glad she intervened, and I now live in an amazing community in a super nice apartment!Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2021I have lived at Waterfield Court for 6 years. AS you can guess I have seen many groups of management come and go. For the past 2 years I have had the pleasure of speaking to the most kind and professional lady in the leasing office. I would like Harbor Group and anyone looking for an apartment to know that Joelle has been simply amazing every time I have needed anything. At first she was a leasing person now she is the assistant manager so I can only assume Harbor already knows shes pretty ...amazing. I was in jeopardy of losing my apartment due to an unforseen change in my financial situation at work due to Covid. I love where I live
July 20, 2021I have lived at Waterfield Court for five years. I love it here, I have a dog and recently there were alot more pet stations added I really appreciate that and the dog park that is located near my apartment is great Titan absolutely loves it and meeting new friends there. There is a lady in the leasing office that is so helpful I believe her name is Joelle, she is so friendly a couple of times I have stopped her on the property to ask her questions. Not only does she listen to me she always has a ...smile on her face, I really appreciate her. There is also a friendly maintenance man( not positive.. but I THINK he said his name is AJ?) that helped my wife with our groceries, we are older and this goes along way. I bet not many other people can say they have amazing people that work at their apartment complex!! I just want to let anyone who is looking for an apartment that you will not be disappointed in Waterfield Court!Property Manager Responded

I Love My New Apartment
June 24, 2021This is my very first apartment. I looked at several before choosing Waterfield Court. Customer service really is key sadly now a days not alot of places practice that. From the time I walked into the office looking for an apartment I was greeted with a big smile! My agents name is Joelle, I had a TON of questions and she was very knowledgeable, not once did she make me feel like I was a bother. She walked me through every step and I love her! The other leasing guy was very friendly too he kept ...cracking jokes and making us laugh.
