Poor Communication, Maintenance and Unhelpful Management

One of the biggest issues has been the insects. A large number of flies have been getting into my apartment through a gap under the balcony door. I don't have any pets, and I keep my apartment clean, so I explained to management that it was simply a maintenance issue that needed to be fixed. I submitted an urgent maintenance request, but after four days, no one had come or even contacted me with an update. The response was very disappointing.

work, I called and asked the front desk employee to bring my Amazon package inside the office for safekeeping since it had been delivered just a few steps from the office entrance. She said she didn't want to leave the office. When I came the next day, the package was gone. Amazon provided a delivery photo confirming it had been delivered, but the office was unwilling to check the security cameras or help investigate. I ended up losing my package. A few minutes of assistance could have prevented this situation.
I do not recommend this apartment community.
