They don't fix a/c units, tow cars that are registered with apartment complex and refuse to answer for their actions. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this apartment complex!

THE TREATMENT OF THE RENT'S
April 26, 2023
Both our bathrooms were down due to unknown flooding, so we couldn't get anyone through the so called emergency line; no one called or came to the apartment until the next day after my son went to the office. While he was there he had to use the restroom and was told he couldn't and for him to ask his neighbor if he could use their restroom. My son had to go so he used the restroom in the office and the police was called and we received a notice that they will not be renewing our lease.because of ...
that. I couldn't believe this was happening; so when I called to get clarification I was told they didn't have to explain anything to me and Cassandra just hung up the phone in my face.

Privacy issues
July 3, 2021
We spoke to them and sent our application, but then we didn't hear anything for weeks. I called and left messages and there was never a response. then I received emails sent to me and other applicants about our application. it was ridiculous. I started receiving emails from other applicants because they thought I worked for the apartments. they never took responsibility for the breech and ignoring my inquiries on the status of the apps. Very unprofessional.

Worst apartment EVER!!!! Do not rent HERE!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. Currently residing in these apartments now & have went to the leasing office to see what needs to be done to get out my lease. These apartment have RATS, ROACHES, and nest of FLIES!!!! Do NOT move in if you have small children or care about your health & being clean.

Untrustworthy

I recently moved here on the last week of April & I was told to pay $500 and then I wouldn’t have to pay the full rent until June. I come home from Grocery shopping on May 8th or 9th to find a letter that said I would be locked out because I did not pay the rent that was due on the 1st. They allowed me move in a week before the rent was due and lied to me about when I would have to pay it. After speaking with them, we agreed I would pay my rent on the upcoming Friday and they would not lock my ...

When I moved here 6 months ago, the personnel in the office lack etiquette and common courtesy. Since the place went under new ownership/management, everyone is very empathetic and polite. My concerns are still being addressed in a timely manner. I actually get a person when I call 90-95% of the time. don’t move here!

I though this apartment was great so I decided to move here. I regretted it right away. I moved here last summer and on my first day the A/C and bathroom weren’t working. I notified the office and they said they would send someone right away. 9 months later my A/C still doesn’t work and I had to hire my own plumber to come fix the toilet and tub. These apartments are the WORSE!

Don't Answer the phone

I’ve been living in these apartments for 3 years and it is time to move out. Personal is very unprofessional, they don’t care about fixing apartment issues. Don’t waste your money, I know it’s affordable but you will regret moving here once you experience their poor customer service and the lack of urgency.
