The living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans, which can help with utility bills. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and rooms are large enough to hold most bedroom furniture. The property itself has plenty of parking for residents and visitors, as well as garages that are available for rent. A nice clubhouse is on site that provides residents with a fitness facility and lounge area, as well as an outdoor pool and basketball court. No pets allowed. Not Bad for the Price
June 12, 2025I've been living here for almost a year, and am still deciding if I will renew my lease here. The area is great, with nice surrounding neighborhoods and easy access to trails for walking and running. Two of my biggest complaints are maintenance time and unresponsive property manager. We have had multiple issues with the toilet, bathtub, and washing machines, and most of the times maintenance takes forever to get it fixed. Also, when we first moved in, the apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, even ...though the complex is a no smoking zone. The property manager never responded to me messages and did not take care of it. By then it was too late to move somewhere else, but our guests can still smell the smoke. The complex itself is pretty calm and in a nice area, so I was disappointed by the treatment we received upon moving in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Management is horrible
January 8, 2020Maintenance is only good part of this place. Was good at first but taking a turn for the worst resident wise. Management sucks called every few months about a garage because none where available when moved in and never got one in 3 years but new tenants did. Had major problems with the secure doors being propped open and drugs but management didnt ever do a thing. More problems but management just ignored them. Mystic Pines
August 11, 2015We love this place! We had only planned on living here for 1 year. But after having a baby girl via c-section with kidney issues and just a few months later a Melanoma diagnosis for my husband, we knew we'd be here longer and were in no place to buy a house. That said, we couldn't ask for a more amazing place to live. It's nice, clean and has the most friendly and compassionate staff. We've been so blessed!Review from Apartments.com
