The place itself is probably the best you will find for income based .Someone of the stuff listed in the description is no longer available to tenants, but if you want a decent place to live this is it .The downside, it located about 3 miles from the nearest city bus stop and grocery store so if you can't afford a car like about 35% of the people who live here you have to walk the distance ,bum a ride,or call a cab .City bus officials have ignored petitions to bring a bus to this location so I ...

would only recommend this location if you own a vehicle .

I've lived in Mystic Pointe now for almost 4 years. I've always had great neighbors and everyone is usually pretty friendly. There are a lot of kids in the complex and they do tend to ride their bikes a lot. Never had any issue with them damaging vehicles or causing any trouble. Apartment is very modest and bare bones but the maintenance team does a good job of stopping by and fixing any issues you may have. Not having a W/D in the unit was annoying but we ended up purchasing a cheap set on ...

Craigslist for $150 and they work great. The only real con I can think of is they recently redid visitor parking so now there are much fewer spots and it's a nightmare if you want to have guests over. There is never anywhere for them to park and the towing company comes through often. Otherwise I've really enjoyed it here.

Very Poor Experience

I am glad you do not put our names on this as well as our email. I wanted to get this out of the way. We moved in on Sept 1, 2013 where we had the best neighbors next to us. We had no problems for a while until Memorial Holiday where someone tried to blow up the BBQ Grill. Fourth Of July my car gets damage $ 1000.00 can not get it fixed either still damage now. Tried to move out due to kids that damage car and other things but they have strict policy on that and of cause would not be doing ...

this other then all issues that happened. Long story short, we are out of there but this place is also Hobbit Circle as well that courtesy OFFICIER is not always around. Law enforcement comes rarely, and every night until even past 10 PM kids running around no parents and their is always smoking going on as well as drinking too. Stay away.
