Property is a total disaster/disgusting

The property has significant damage throughout, affecting major components like walls, floors, plumbing, electrical systems, alarm system, bug infested, ect. Manager is also very nasty and rude and packages continuously being stealing from residents and outsiders. Definitely would not recommend anyone/anybody to move in this property from experience.

Avoid like the Plague

This building is disgusting. Residents leave trash in trash room open causing bugs to appear, fire alarm is constantly pulled, kids run rampant unsupervised ,Manager is beyond rude and dismissive and packages are consistently stolen. Maintenance and porter(janitor) staff are the only reason I’m giving an extra star since they’re super friendly and nice.
