If you don’t like Roaches and Mice stay away. They own 3-4 different apartment complexes and every one of them have roaches and mice. How do I know ? I had family that stayed in each one and I stayed in one. I stayed there for about three years. I had to get a new stove and that’s when I seen the roaches. Catherine the office manager said am I sure it came from the stove I said yes I never had roaches. They do not care. They buy refurbished and used appliances. Other family I know have moved as ...
well. It’s not worth staying with roaches and your appliances are not updated for the price you can save yourself a Headache.

I have been living here for 3yrs and year after year it has gotten worse and worse. The spacious apartment with the inexpensive rent lured me in but now I can't wait to leave. I'm not sure how they managed to get these HUGE NY rats here but you can hear them squeaking and running around at night and occasionally see a dead one in the hallway. The elevators are the worst. It seems like every week someone is stuck and they need to fix. I've had ongoing issues with my AC and all they're doing is ...
giving me false promises and ignoring my calls. I won't even talk about the roach infestation. Don't let the rent and size fool you. You will regret moving here
