DO NOT MOVE HERE
February 25, 2023Do not even think about moving here. Where do I even begin. Roaches are everywhere, giant roaches, small roaches. The apartments are infested with them no matter how much cleaning is done. We had 4 leaks in the apartment, went to the front desk, closed on a normal business day. They had a phone number on the door for maintenance, the number didn't work. Through searching the internet, I found the maintenance number and called twice for someone to come out and fix the leaks. Waited weeks ...and they never showed up each time I called. One leak was so bad that it was flooding half the kitchen and living room. Mold growing everywhere in the apartment, probably because of the leaking. We ended up doing what we could with the leaks so it didn't leak on us while we were in bed since nobody came out. We ended up moving a month early from the apartment because it was so bad, we requested a mutual early termination because of all the issues and it was denied by them. Horrible company that doesn't care about their customers, just look at all their recent reviews. Who wants to live with roaches, mold, and four leaks around the apartment. Dog poop is everywhere, no one picks up after their dogs and management doesn't do anything about it. After we requested early termination of the lease, they did come out to "fix" the leaks, where they just put up new drywall and didn't address the leaking, so I wish the next tenant luck in that apartment. Crime is not the best out here too, people shooting guns in the back of the parking lot, drug addicts making the parking lot their home because the lot is not gated. The road/parking lot they have is crumbling. I highly suggest you do NOT move here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
