Nevada hills have eyes
August 15, 2015These apartments are good for college students who need proximity and low cost. They are very low quality but do have AC, heat, a dishwasher and plenty of parking. Expect higher energy bills and very hot summers. As well as very cold winters. If budget is a priority, there is nothing cheaper.Review from Apartments.com
