Management disrespectful to tenants

The lady who works at the office is very disrespectful to the tenants. Like me, I went through hell this summer with no or less amount of air in the apartment with two 6- and 9-years old kids, and a baby, without air to cool the apartment.
I have reported said issue to management team on several occasions, but the management has refused to remedy the situation.
I have decided to move out finally.

Rat infestation! They patch up holes but the rats are eating through the metal. Rats ate through ac wires, the venter hood on the stove, and are as big as kittens.

The condo isn't bad. Clean and reasonably priced. Landlord is friendly and takes care of maintenance on time.
