New York Tower is a 38-story luxury high-rise located at 330 East 39th Street in Murray Hill, and exclusively represented by Mirador Real Estate. The building consists of 510 rental apartments, the majority of which have large private balconies that offer impressive vistas of the East River and Manhattan skyline. The hallways have been beautifully remastered in 2015. This is a non-smoking building that allows cats, but no dogs. No walls or dividers of any type are allowed to be erected in the units. Unbelievable views, lackluster facilities and services

We've been living in the same apartment in this building for five years, and while the view has been its biggest selling point, the long lines for the elevator, newly established rule that clean laundry is no longer delivered to your doorstep, smelly hallways and overcrowding of apartments make it difficult to regard this is a true luxury dwelling. The apartments are also being renovated, which allow the landlords too raise the rent.

I never been to a place that made me feel so welcomed. Growing up in a bad neighborhood and then moving here raising my sons with my wonderful wife. Apartment is kind of small with a family of 4. A bit pricy for the work I do but to come home to a great staff who treats you like family priceless.
