I have lived here 5 years, and can say There will be many more! Quiet, and nice apartments remolded. The best thing is the office mgr Mayra. And asst. Cynthia and Oscar who leads maintenance crew. Lived here for 2 years, only moving for work. Complex is older but really well kept. Maintenance is always working outside on the property, pool is always clean and landscape is always manicured. Maintenance is fantastic and super fast. We've only had to do 2 work orders and both times the issue was resolved the next day. There are NO BUGS here; pest control is every other week. Nice little areas to walk dogs, really great park right across the street with running/biking trails, soccer fields, ...

playground, pool. Super close to walmart, 635 and i30. Surrounding area has questionable crime rate but we've never had issues with our apartment or vehicles. Complex is smaller, so you'll recognize who lives here. Myra and Robin are awesome and know all of the residents. Our carpet was brand new when we moved in, and all cabinetry had been repainted. Our unit had black appliances and wood-look flooring that was super easy to clean. We enjoyed our time here and will miss this homey little place!

Management ,Maintenance ,and Courtesy Officers are the best Ive ever seen I have lived in a lot of apts in my life none compare to Newport everyone goes out of there way to see that you are happy. the property is always clean . Hardly anything breaks if does maint . waste no time fixing the problem management is excellent cant say enough . I GIVE NEWPORT A 10 STARS REPORT ANY DAY BEEN HERE 4 yrs and don't plan on going anywhere.

I have lived in many apartments in my life none compare to Newport Apartments. on frontier blvd. .They are so very nice .Management and Maintenance is beyond compare to any others they both go the extra mile .and even the the they rent to are nice including the courtesy officers on property are kind and helpful more than willing to talk to to see if everything is alright. I love Newport

I love this community. Its is so clean and private. Home-style type living. Management is wonderful they are always prompt with any issues. Police security is on site 24 hours. This a safe community. I love that they are located across from a city park where I can walk my dog freely.

I’ve lived at Newport Apartments for about 4 years now and I really enjoy living here. Mayra (the manager) is extremely nice and helpful. Robin (leasing agent) is extremely warm and friendly. Whenever I go into the office she never has an attitude or makes me feel like I’m bothering her. Robin looks out for her residents. I had a huge package delivered and she informed the delivery company that they would need to deliver it to my door. I live on the second floor, she knew that I wouldn’t be able ...

to get the box upstairs. I really appreciated that. Also, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

Great place to call home

Very well kept. The new management has added amenities and upgrades to the community. Maintenance always fixed any issues in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends to rent here.

Newport Apartments in Mesquite are nice and clean. As with all apartments there are some annoyances but overall they are not terrible by any means. Maintenance is fast and the leasing associates are very helpful. They tried really hard to help us get into the apartment on time, since we had to move in on very short notice. The complex is a little dated but they are recently painting patios and planting to bring a new fresh look to the place. They only have 1 or 2 bedrooms. The two bedrooms have ...

huge patios. I haven't noticed any crime and we've been living here for almost 6 months and the complex is pretty quiet for the most part. There could always be improvements but I would recommend them for anyone single or with a small family.
