My Townhouse carpet was not cleaned upon move in. I submitted an online request to have it cleaned recently. I was told by a young lady in the office that it would be cleaned today but several hours later the Manager called and said it won’t be cleaned until I sign a renewal. What Why is that Either way, don’t move here! The rent is going up and the area is not all of that. No pool, No playground! Don’t believe the site and DEFINITELY NO WASHER DRYER IN UNIT!! Drive by yourself!

If your in the market for the perfect home... make sure you visit Cranbrook Townhomes, the staff is awesome.. I have never met a team so dedicated to all of their residence. Definitely felt welcome... I love my new home.
