Cheap, great for college student

Myself and two of my friends are all three living in one of sweetsers 3 bed, 3 bath units. Rent is $285 a piece plus utilities. All utilities work well, the living/dining area is large enough to host people, and the bedrooms are spacious enough to live alone in. The only issues I have with it is the bathrooms are small, and difficult to shut the door in due to the toilet coming close to blocking the door, and the apartment is located in a rough part of town. Washer and Dryer included in the unit, ...
and Internet is included in rent. Overall it's a perfect apartment for college, but not great for long term living
